EUGENE SERVICE PARTS ACQUIRES FORTUNA DISTRIBUTING

Eugene, OR – Eugene Service Parts, a Pronto member, is pleased to announce the purchase of Fortuna Distributing. Prior to the purchase, Fortuna, an ACDelco and Ford Motorcraft distributor was a member of the Federated group. The purchase was effective May 1, 2010. Eugene Service Parts, a division of Small World Auto Center, Inc., is a two-step distributor selling automotive and medium duty truck parts in Eugene, Oregon. This acquisition adds two new locations to Eugene Service Parts marketing footprint. Gary Davis, Vice President of Eugene Service Parts says “they have plans to expand Fortuna’s Albany and Medford Oregon warehouse locations and inventories” which will leverage Eugene Service Parts full-line product offering for growth. Eugene has been a prominent member of National Pronto Association since 2004. William E. Lewis is President and Gary W. Davis is the Vice President of Eugene Service Parts.
