NATIONAL PRONTO ASSOCIATION ADDS NEW SHAREHOLDER

Grapevine, Texas – National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of Florida Automotive Distributing, Inc. to the Pronto group effective June 1, 2009. Florida Automotive Distributing which is located in St. Petersburg, FL serves over 25 independent jobbers and operates six jobber stores, four independent repair centers, and several AC Delco battery trucks. Robb Bauman is President, Ron Bauman is Vice President, and Joe Walker is the General Manager of Florida Automotive Distributing.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Grapevine, Texas.
