National Pronto Association Announces Two New Shareholders!

FORT WORTH, TEXAS - National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of two new shareholders to the Pronto Group. Cross Country Auto Parts located in Albuquerque, NM and Lubricantes Peninsulares SA de CV located in La Paz, Mexico joined the Pronto group effective August 1, 2008. Cross Country is a start up Warehouse serving Albuquerque, New Mexico, the State of New Mexico, and Southern Colorado. Joe Vallejos is the General Manager and Adam Martin is the Program Manager of Cross Country. Lubricantes Peninsulares serves the Baja California Sur area of Mexico with locations in La Paz and Cabo San Lucas. Lubricantes is now our third shareholder in Mexico. Mr. Rene Ruiz Isais is the Operations Officer and Daniel Ruiz Isais is the Sales Manager.
