National Pronto Association Announces Newest Shareholder

NATIONAL PRONTO NEW SHAREHOLDER
FORT WORTH, TEXAS - National Pronto Association is pleased to announce the addition of Regional Automotive Warehouse Corporation as the newest member shareholder of the Pronto Group. Regional Automotive’s membership effective date is July 1, 2008. Joseph Principe is the President of Regional Automotive and Carole Torlucci is the Vice President. Regional Automotive Warehouse services 20 plus independent jobbers throughout New Jersey, Bronx, and Staten Island.

National Pronto Association is a shareholder owned organization headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. Pronto was formed in 1979 and is a leading Program distribution group with over one billion in sales with a focus on marketing, technology and buying.
