National Pronto Adds First International Shareholder - AOCSA SA DE CV

NATIONAL PRONTO NEW SHAREHOLDER
FORT WORTH, TEXAS - National Pronto Association is pleased to announce our first international shareholder; AOCSA SA DE CV, located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MEXICO has joined the Pronto group effective January 1, 2008. Mr. Juan Jose Montano Morata is the owner of AOCSA and Mr. Juan Jose Montano Melero is the Purchasing Manager. AOCSA SA DE CV services over 1,000 jobbers in Mexico.
